Fatigue from standing work accumulates from the feet to the hips and shoulders, eventually leading to overall body fatigue. Various factors contribute to this, such as the rebound force from the floor and the cold transmitted from concrete.

This mat is made of rubber with moderate elasticity (rubberized gel foam). The elastic rubber disperses body weight, reducing fatigue in the legs, hips, and back, and alleviating leg swelling. By reducing physical fatigue, it can also improve work efficiency.

The material was developed by Geltec. To maintain the shock absorption and softness of solid PU gel material, the original properties of PU gel have been modified to impart rubber-like characteristics. A closed-cell structure is used, which allows for deformation through squeezing and returning by strengthening tensile and tear strength. This rubberized gel foam material offers even better anti-slip performance and lighter weight than solid PU gel. Furthermore, its closed-cell structure provides waterproof and oil-resistant properties.

The surface is embossed to prevent slipping and can be used in slippery areas such as around water.

The mat is approximately 1.7cm thick, which prevents cold from the floor and reduces coldness in the legs and hips.

It features a closed-cell structure that prevents oil and water from seeping in.

Since oil and water do not easily penetrate the interior, it prevents the growth of bacteria. It has passed antibacterial performance test standards.

It is resistant to sparks and has passed flame-retardant performance test standards.

The edges of the mat are cut at an angle to prevent tripping and allow for smooth passage of dollies and other equipment.
